Training Time Allocation:
• Under-9: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Under-11 & Under 13- 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Under-15s: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Training Schedule:
• Sessions: Every Sunday
• Recommended Frequency: Two training sessions per week are highly recommended. For players not involved in other programs, three sessions per week are recommended. (Mon,Wed and Sat)
Advanced Opportunities:
Top-performing players may receive invitations to join higher age group training sessions.
