Yes. No-shows and cancellations inconvenience not only our coaches, but our other participants as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed sessions.

Session Cancellation

When you book a session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other students. Please call Rama as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 6hrs in advance.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the session is cancelled less than 6 hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses a session without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $10 missed session fee.

Contact us through the contact page and let us know the the nature, reason and how long you expect to be missing sessions. In some cases pricing can be adjusted to reflect missed sessions.
