Terms and Conditions By submitting the form, I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree to the following terms and conditions: I and the registrant will abide by the rules of the Inuka Football, its affiliated organizations, and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the Inuka Football accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities (the "Programs"), I hereby release, discharge, and/or otherwise indemnify the Inuka Football, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees, and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize. I agree that photographs, videos, or recordings of the registrant may be taken during the Programs for promotional purposes. By submitting the form, I consent to the use of these materials by Inuka Football for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to posting on social media platforms. I understand that if I do not wish for photographs, videos, or recordings of the registrant to be used for promotional purposes, I must inform Inuka Football in writing prior to the start of the Programs. By submitting the form, you agree to the above terms and conditions, including the agreement regarding the use of photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes on social media.
